As we were hiking in Zion National Park, we came upon this whip snake in a tree. She let me get very close with my camera (about 2 inches away here), but was not friendly when we tried to pick her up! It was amazing how she could climb up a tree!
Someone mentioned the man in the back--Just goes to show you how single-minded I've become. I didn't even see him! I suppose I could just crop him out. Hmmm.
