I don't know if this is better but, just a subjective view. In photoshop:
- Selected the area where there is sea
- Adjusted levels to bring front the sea colour
- Increased saturation by %14
This is the result, I aimed to overcome the problem of receiving over amount of light and thus have a less saturated and light colour of sea.
