When these kids saw me, they spontaneously gathered and requested I take their picture. They loved seeing the result on the LCD screen afterwards.

Too bad I didn't adjust to get a little more DOF, but I still like how it turned out.

Cropped image very tightly (mayb a bit too tightly, but you get the idea). With lasso and magic wand, selected faces in front row and the centre boy in back, then used the sharpen filter on the selection. The background still overpowered the kids, so I dodged down the upper left corner including the girl's palm, lower left corner and the light background between the girl and boy in the back row. I gave a quick click with the burning tool to the eye of the girl with the hidden face in the front row to bring her out. Saved for web jpeg 98. Hope you like it David. :)
