Hi Achim,
Using the Photoshop CS3 program.
1-Using the magic wand to select the sky.
2-Using the dust and scratches part of the noise to remove some noise.
3-Using neat image filter to remove noise and grain.
4-Deselect the selection.
5-Save the file
