Great Falls on the Maryland side. Formed by the Potomac River, very popular for kayakers. This particular part of the river is not the main waterway, but a small branch that runs parallel to the river. Note the leaves on the tree's had not come out yet, you can imagine the cold temperature of the water. And even at that temp, there were a few kayaking fanatics out on the water.

I opened it in Photoscape and sharpened it up just a tad and adjusted some levels. Deepened it and added a grayscale to darken the water in the FG a bit. Hope you don't find it overdone.
