épinoche is the name from a little fish, but this one is a little boat
it must be very plaisant to sail on the french canals; you cann go from north to south and from est by west, but you haven't to be hurry.
a good choice is to take a bike or moto to walk around the canal like this couple who seems to have nice hollydays; we were at Rogny and they are sailling to the south

(a colored frame with the same colors as the boat... not 100% with the TOS but not 100% out I hope!)

à gauche part le Loing, au fond à gauche de canal de Briare en direction de Paris, à droite au fond vers un port étape pour les plaisanciers fluviaux, à droite l'arrivée du Loing, et sous nos pied le pont qui enjambe le canal de Briare en direction de la Loire, et du Sud...

c'est dans ce carrefour que j'ai photographiés les poissons transparents postés le 1er avril; était-ce des épinoches? je ne connais pas assez les poissons pour savoir mais le bateau du jour, lui incontestablement, c'est "L'EPINOCHE" (c'est écrit dessus!☺)
