Workshop Note
step one - find a good, elevated spot that places you squarely against the sky. a snow-capped volcanoe is a bonus, you have to earn that.
step too - spend at least one hour at the elevation 4500m actually GETTING to that spot.
step three - gather the remaining oxigen in your blood and yell "YEE-HAAA!".
