With Irfanview, a simple and easy to use free software, I made some adjustments to your original
.rotate 3 degrees CW
.crop edges, especially the right side
.brightness, contrast, saturation, resize
.sharpen, add border
I hope you find this useful as a starting point on pp work. I have deleted both original and WS from my computer after upload.
