chefs-d’oeuvre du baroque danois, Vor Frelsers Kirke (l’église de Notre Sauveur), élevée de 1682 à 1696 par Lambert van Haven (1630-1695)...
son clocher spiralé se dresse à 95 m de haut et offre un panorama fabuleux à qui est prêt à faire l'ascension de ses 400 marches...
après l'escalier classique, de petits escaliers de bois se succèdent autour de l'horloge, les marches sont raides, puis on arrive au palier circulaire, peu rassurant car le sol est incliné vers l'extérieur... les plus courageux monteront les escaliers extérieurs de plus en plus étroits avec la rampe d'une faible hauteur...

Hi Jonathan

Good to see this angle of that nice and special church. I like the couple in the foreground and the perspective - only the wires a bit "unwanted" but I know it hard to avoid.

very nice composition with the impressive spiral bell-tower of the the church of Our Saver.The brick wall with the young couple that sitting on it and the building in the background give a great perspective and POV in your capture.I like the colours and the light.Very informative your note too.Well done my friend.

That is an unusual architecture for a tower. What a shame they put those power lines alongside the tower. Anyway, the tower looks well preserved and maintained. Quite a romantic scene with that loving couple in the foreground. Well captured ... good work! tfs

Le sujet de ton image est tout à fait inhabituel, Je ne connaissais pas ce type d'escalier extérieur à un clocher. C'est franchement vertigineux. L'image est très bien cadrée, l'escalier a donné le tournis aux amoureux. Beau travail.

Interesting tower and architecture, indeed, itàslovely and amusing at the same time, under my poor POV of course, a visit to the high of the tower must be an excellent experience...

Hello Jonathan.
Well, I don't seem to have the same opinion as most of those who have commented this photo. I am not that pleased with the brick wall, maybe it takes to much space of the photo, perhabs a tighter crop in the bottom could help...and then there is the cables. It's not easy to get such a shot without them.
I think though that it's a very good photo with a good point of view and great colours and well detailed.
I myself visited this church in 2002 and went up in the tower and halfway on the outside (that was enough!). there I took some pictures of the fantasic view with my 1 mpix camera. Today I concider them as sh-t!
I coldn't resist doing a WS where i cloned the cables out and cropped a bit at the bottom and to the left.

mangigique tour de cette église, sa formet est particulière et spécaile et très belle enroulée, superbe.
J'aime bien assui la mise en valeur avec cette lampe et ces fils, comme tu les a captés, c'est super et ça donne une touche remarquable.

Jo, the steeple is amazing. Your shot is clear enough that we can see the people there and I am not sure I would be able to do that. Color is fine as always and your not brings us to subject very nicely. Good capture,

Did you take this photo from a canal touring boat? I remember that the guide then says that there's only one opportunity from the boat to capture it the tower in all its splendour: just after the bridge. You took this opportunity! A beautiful view of this beautiful tower. The couple sitting on the bridge is a great inclusion too. Very well done!

Avant d'ouvrir, je me demandais ce qu'un téléphérique pouvait bien faire là, mais ce n'est qu'une lampe...
Une compo assez riche avec cette tour, le téléphérique donc, le couple et la multitude de plans... Un petit quelque chose...

Jonathan bonjour.

C'est un clocher très original et très beau. Je ne sais pas s'il existe d'autres clochers en spirale comme celui-ci mais je trouve qu'il a beaucoup d'allure. Les amoureux ne se soucient pas du temps qui passe et que comte l'horloge.
