... (NB : somehow, my mind is still in India : again, my mistake !!!! This is Turkey of course...), I'll write today to ask for the country to be changed but I know it will take some weeks - sorry !

Offering tea is a must during each visit in Turkey - this is a following to my former post : Hüseyn Bey, a squatter in Cappadocia, is explaining here exactly this : that unfortunately, he could not cook tea anymore because his gaz canister had to be replaced since months - yes he has water delivered when necessary but he does not have the money to buy gaz. (Coal for heating in the winter is provided for free by the municipality).

... But despite his sad expression sometimes, he could also be in a cheerful mood, like here...

bonjour Cat, une très belle image.. émouvante lorsque nous connaissons la vie de cet homme....ce sont souvent les moins aisés qui offrent ainsi... j'aime beaucoup ses bras et ses mains ouverts, son expression, en signe de bienvenue; merci pour cette photo.
