Harbour of Helsinki. Picture taken during a business trip to Helsinki in Dec. 1994. No snow, but really cold days.

Scanned from a negative. Try to improve the foregound, but the result was a grey with no contrast.

Le scan donne un assez bon résultat. Celà me fait plaisir de voir cette photo, tu me remets en mémoire les vacances passées dans cette région. J'étaits montée jusqu'au cap nord.

was mir richtig gut an diesem Bild gefällt ist das viele Leben in dem Bild und der schöne Blickwinkel. Unglaublich, dass das Bild 14 Jahre alt ist, die Qualität ist sehr gut. Schöne Aufnahme!

Hallo Achim,
das Licht auf der Hafenszene ist reizvoll. Diese Abendstimmung (kann aber alles sein im Dezember dort) hat wechselvolles Licht und mit dem Teil der Brücke im Dunkel vorn einen guten Reiz. Scheint etwas kleine Blende zu sein.

schöne Aufnahme vom Hafen ,ich mag besonders die Belichtung hier,trotz den schwierigen Licht Bedienungen,man kann gut alle Details erkennen,sogar unter der Brücke,
super gemacht!

c'est un excellent cliché que tu as ressortis de ton album . Jolie couleurs et contrastes et très bonne netteté.

Hi Achim,
A very nice impression of Helsinki in the winter with a nice blue sky and a fine, natural winter light on the facades. Good composition and nice addition of the bridge in the foreground. Very well done!

I think the result of the scan is excellent. I do like the contrast of the blue shadow in the forground and the sunny facades of the harbor.

Hi Achim,

The point of view leads our eyes toward the buildings on the other side of the harbour. The subject is well framed. The light brings out the colors. There is a good contrast between the colors. have a nice day.
