City council chambers building in downtown Glasgow, Scotland as taken from George Square. It's a big help when there is a low cloud cover while taking night shots, especially in urban areas. The city lights illuminate the clouds for a nice sky well after the sun goes down.

Looks wonderful to see this important building lit up at night. The light is managed very effectively. I would have guessed it to be a longer exposure, so there must have been lots of available light to get an image this luminous in 4 seconds. There is also a good range of colour; I like the almost pink tinge to the structure. One thing that detracts slightly is than the building is tilted slightly to the right hand side. This is probably just a result of perspective however and does not reduce the effectiveness of the photo.

I like the colours and the light in your night picture!
Beautiful architecture and nice perspective!
