Photographer’s Note
I took that image at the sunset on the Tela beach, a many miles sandy beach on the Atlantic coast of northern Honduras.
The beach was empty of people as everyday.
No one on the beach and no one on the sea, and also the old pier to transport the banans from the city to the United Fruit cargos is collapsed.
The city was dirty and poor, full of unemployeds and the most part of people were around with or a gun or a machete.

Everything Goes To Hell
Why be sweet, why be careful, why he kind?
A man has only one thing on his mind
Why ask palitely, why go lightly,
Why say please?
They only want to get you on your knees
There are a few things I never could believe
A woman when she weeps
A merchant when he swears
A thief who says he'll pay
A lawyer when he cares
A snake when he is sleeping
A drunkard when he prays
I don't believe you go to heaven
When you're good
Everything goes to hell, anyway...
Laissez-faire mi amour, ce la vie
Shall I return to shore or swim
Back out to sea?
The world don't care what a soldier
Does in town
It's all hanging in the windows
By the pound
There are few things
I never could believe...
A woman when she weeps
A merchant when he swears
A thief who says he'll pay
A lawyer when he cares
A snake when he is sleeping
A drunkard when he prays
I don't believe you go to heaven
When you're good
Everything goes to hell, anyway...
I only want to hear your purr and to hear
Ou moan There is another man who brings
The money home
I don't want dishes in the sink
Please don't tell me what you
Feel of what you think
There are few things I never could believe...

Bonjour Paolo,

Olá Paolo, someday, I have to learn how to recover my old photos. This is just great. The strong contrasts, the beautiful lighting in the background and the lonely riders against it. Even the noise works well for me. I love the detail of the pier in the background. The atmosphere is amazing.
Ciao,
Ricardo

hi paolo
Your style is defined well in this kind of photo by the sepia colours; hight contrast and noise which make spécial mood Whose secret you have.

Hey Paolo,
very different from your usual seaside shots. I dare say this has more of an atmosphere I like in this darkness and the gloominess of it. Its not a happy shot for me, but one that speaks of some danger looming in the darkness. The grain is excellent touch.
