Photographer’s Note
This week's theme is direct continuation to last week, showing lake scenes from the town of Montreux.
The shore visible across the Lac Léman is on the French side.
Instead of usual sepia, I felt that bluish toning would fit better with the mood on this one.
The title is twisted from Montreux Jazz, the famous annual festival.
Scanned photo with usual fight against noise.

Very well seen, Kari, what an atmospheric photo... Somehow the spirit of 1930s is present here...

Very moody photo, I agree, blueish tones fit here perfectly. Fine framing.

Hi Kari, a nice scene with the trees closing the composition on the sides... Nice to see her in her thoughts and good to have the mountain in the background which gives an additional depth, not sure about the blue tint...
cheers

Lovely shot! I have a very similar one hidden somewhere in the stacks of negatifs waiting to be either stored in a safe place of then scanned... It's a wonderful place to sit and contemplate (as does this piece of art ;D) and you have made it even more impressive with your brilliant framing! Truly excellent!
Brilliant shot with a perfectly chosen blue tune ;)
Cheers! TFS!
