Photographer’s Note
Chuquicamata is a big open pit copper mine in the north of Chile, 215 km northeast of Antofagasta and 1,240 km north of the capital, Santiago.
The trucks in the picture seems quite small, but it's only an optical illusion, due to the long distance. The actual scale is perceptible here.

indeed these trucks look like toys, and the link to the other photo is interesting to show how big they are in reality,
it reminds me some other great work in Canada and Siberia with the same kind of view and the same big trucks

Ciao Matteo,
unusual but a lot interesting photo. I like to see the diagonal lines and the different layers with the trucks as "small" elements. Good work!
