Photographer’s Note

This was my first ever time at west lulworth, durdle door, i was so unlucky the weather was miserable, anyway i was just exploring it i liked the waves were very powerful, i set up quickly and waited for a good wave and used a slow shutter to get the effect in the water.

Well composed shot Joel. The edge of the surf is particularly nice and compliments the overall composition. I would have tried to bring a little more drama into that sky which shows some potential. I hoefully shall explore this region of the UK next year as it looks fantastic. Regards Steve.

Hi Joel,
For first time it is extremely well made a success!
We see well the effect wide angle, and the time of exposure completes for the sea, that gives an aspect worrying in your photo.
