Hi JB,
A good shot of this famous monument. I like to see tourist activity around it. Half cloudy background is quite impressive. Very wide angle seems to have twisted perspective a little.

Very bright with strong contrast and it is the dark blue sky with some stunning clouds which give this deep colour toning. Your pov is classic, but nice.

Not many people choose to take the monument from this side, so well done once again for your originality. We also have the added bonus of watching the activities of the people who all seem to be either taking photos or reviewing them. The light is good as in all your images. There seems to be a bit of distortion, as the steps are not level at the bottom although the horizontal near the top of the monument is true. Another excellent addition to your London series.

une impresion grandiose comme le royauté britanique .... mais on ne voit pas ce prince qui va courtiser en CH-47 cinooj svp... voir l actualité de ce jour...cela coute un peu cher au contribuable anglais.

Bonjour JB, ah Buckingham Palace tout un programme et surtout une prise toute en beauté, la blancheur immaculée du monument ressort avec force de l’image, c’est le genre de photo qui est pour moi est très agréable à contemplé du fait de la luminosité et des nombreux point d’accroche pour un regard interrogateur et de la très grande netteté d’ensemble, ainsi que les couleurs bien rendues (surtout dans le bleu) pour une mixité bien orchestrée, cela égaie la vue en la rendant plus lumineuse, de plus tu as bien saisi l’ambiance touristique de ce jour autour parvis, une grande décoration nuageuse en augmentent encore plus son impact visuel, bien amicalement

a voir tes photos de Londres on peut constater que tu as eu un seperbe temps.... ce qui n'était pas le cad en France à ce moment là. Joli ciel et belle utilisation du 11mm.

Hi JB,
Some photographers would not have included the tourists here, but I think that for this type of shot the tourists are a vital part of the composition. We all know that this is a very popular tourist spot and it wouldn't look real without them. I like the way that you have many of them looking through their LCD screens on their digital cameras. I am still trying to figure out how you get such outstanding light management during midday. Excellent photography!

The clouds add a nice dynamics to the view. The people do seem amusd at what they see and the background enhances the view very well. The wide angle lens works very well for this image. Good light!
