The sky was too white and too bright, that didn't help the shot, lots of details of the windmill were lost, also is distracting. But the composition is very nice. Except for the not helping sky, nice shot.

If it were mine, I'd crop a little off the top, and then quite a lot off the bottom to square it up. Then you'd have quite a strong graphic composition. Maybe try to increase the colour saturation to make it more interesting, or if that didn't work, perhaps go for black and white?
