Photographer’s Note
This is a very lovely park on the south side of English Bay just west of the Burrard Street Bridge. Vanier Park is home to the Pacific Space Centre - Vancouver Branch, Vancouver Museum, and Vancouver Maritime Museum. If you want to fly a kite, this is the place to be.
Photo was taken at sunset, as I walked the park reminiscing of the time I lived here in Vancouver. My walk brought me all the way to the west end of Kitsilano Beach.

Hi Andre - nice shot of my hometown, which I didn't expect to see from you. I like the way you used the trees on the left to block the sun and keep the photo from getting too bright, while showing us the beach and even a boat. Hope you enjoyed your trip. Well done!

Very lovely composition, Andre. The horizon and beach line are well placed. SO is that boat! Well done.

I love this. The colours and lighting absolutely amaze me, they compliment themselves perfectly. The details are immense. The background is amazing, the landscapes. Beautiful shot, thanks for sharing your expertise and work sir.
