Photographer’s Note
The counter part of the escherStairs I posted yesterday. A more classical angle but IMHO it's just great because the metallic stair is sharp, the reflection too and even the casted shadows are pretty clear. Without any pretention, it's definitively in Bertolucci style.

Yes, I like the metalic look, and also the very good angle. I think that you could add some contrast in order to darken the windows and make the shadows stronger. it will add more power to this nice image. Well done, Rudy.

A perfect angle. THe crispness and lighting really came out nicely in this. The height is really felt, the spiral is felt and the contrasting surfaces are nice and strong, too. The reflections in the glass adds even further to the crisp, modern, feel of this shot. And the spiral stairs seem to continue on into the sky beyond where it ends. Like it has reached a blue roof and continues on the floor above. Maybe a little more contrast could make it a bit stronger but still very nicely done.

Great fun Rudy, this is a delight with the point of view you've taken. You give us the most interesting elements of this strange and wonderful building. You not only give the curves of the staircase, but its shadow and reflection as well. This is an abundance of graphical elements to please the eye. Fine capture. Thank you.

Hi Rudy, I missed this one - hadn't realized you stepped up your posting speed ;-). It's again nice 2C that we share sources of inspiration.
Allthough you gave this great staircase it's function back, I still like its very graphical presence. The patterns and textures are great, a speciality is the repetion of the staircase pattern in the relection and the shadow. Very good job & thanx.

Very creative shot.
Despite the rectangular shape of the architecture, the photo has such composition ,that it becomes very intersting. The whole game of the directions of the lines, the circles and the moderate colourtones are interesting!
