Photographer’s Note
I've met him somewhere in the streets of Bangkok.
He was a little bit shy, but also fascinated with the camera and did like to have his picture taken.
And very small also :), so I did manage to look at him from above, whilst he was staring directly into my lenses
Most photography books say: "Don't take children pictures from above", but also say: "break the rules when necessary". I believe that it was this case when breaking the rules worked.

I agree this was a good case of textbook "breaking the rules" ;o)) He looks very small and probably even more innnocent from this POV.
The sharpeness is really good and so is the DOF alowing just his eyes to be in focus. Good work.

Hi Antoni! I like the DOF that you used here. I like the softness around the face and the sharpness of some parts. Very good.
In response to your critic, I guess I cannot afford the finances of becoming a professional photographer. I have my work right now to finance my hobby. But I am seriously thinking about "marketing" some of my works. A postcard perhaps...or a calendar? What do you think? But seriously speaking, I think I still HAVE alot to learn.

Very great shot. The boy has a nice face and the feeling you have taken is great.
The DOF is also well captured.
Thank you.

Beautiful portrait, Antoni. A very expressive one, with good sharpness and colours. A good contrast with the background. I like the light in the little boy eyes.
A very good shot!

Good portrait. The photo is very clean and sharp but still has warmth. Normally I find symmetrical shots boring but it works well here. The white t-shirt adds a nice color contrast to the photo and accentuates the face of the little boy.
