This is a great reality image of some fantastic landscape, and it seems that this is is a great photo for you to keep as a reminder of your time there. The hiker is well positioned in the frame, and the in-focus background is a good perspective of size. Well done.

I have a geologist hammer of the very same brand as his (just as curiosity)! OK, we are not here to talk about hammers!!!
The photo is very nice indeed, with a great composition showing both men in different thirds. Pity is, being the glacier the main feature, the guy is looking at the opposite direction. Otherwise, it is an excellent work.

what strikes me here are the colors! from pure white to grey going thorugh the whole range of greens, red, blue and yellow! It deserves more than a mere 6 points!
