Photographer’s Note

Daily life at the bay.
The location where I took this photo is Saint Leonard, just in front of Mt. Saint Michel, where there's another path you can walk freely. The colour of this photo is quite surreal, it was really hot, no wind at all, and the sky was damn awful that day, almost white, so I applied the CP and a gradient grey filter. And I got a magenta-blue foreground!

bella scena inusuale vedere Mt. Saint Michel con le mucche , mi piacciono molto loe mucche in primo piano e Mt. Saint Michel immersa nella foschia sullo sfondo , ben fatto

Hello Sabrina,

You've presented the great edifice St. Michel with an entirely different mood in this image. So life does go on in the surrounding countryside. This must be a product from your early morning photographic expedition (or is it late afternoon).

A me sto paese me fa morì! Poi sullo sfondo così, sfumato, è proprio bello! Un pò troppo contrasto, ma la foto è sempre bella!

Anche in questo shot non mi perdo in dettagli tecnici, perche` anche qui e` l'atmosfera quello che conta. E comunque con questo tipo di luce non puoi fare miracoli.
Anzi, ad essere sincero a me piace molto l'effetto quasi monocromatico che sei riuscita a creare in PP.

Excellent colors and misty atmosphere, original compo, with the cows and the tractor in the FG and the blue silhouette of Mont Saint-Michel in the BG.

Sabrina,
nice to find your galery and see all the interesting shot that you collected. I like very much this here with a novel approach to the St Michel. Instead of the typical foreground of a beach you git the mondaine world of a farmer in his tractor and his cattle. Personally I would have done some cloning to get rid of the wire in the front.
