Hi Evren,
shoking picture. Very beautiful, I like the colors and the movement of the people. The candle is almost surreal in it's beauty just in front of the garbage. Nice one!

simple but at the same time impressive shot. I like the low POV and the blured people on the back. There is something sad in this shot, don't know why. Very good composition!

Hi Evren,

Wonderfully evocative image .. the flame against the dark brick and trash is really thoughtful .. the enclosed feeling of the vertical walls (and frame) helps amplify the walls and the smallness of the flame .. love the exposure.

ouch... your photo is striking.
I agree with you: the candle is fascinating in this universe but the city around??? I often listened to say that Kathmandou had lost of its charm and had become a very dirty city, invaded by the tourists.
which is your opinion on this subject?

Wow, clever, clever stuff, Evren. You've got that ghostly candle alright but even more ghostly are the figures "escaping" towards the top of the frame.

Hmmh... this one would not convince me with the M8 sensor light management ability. the flame is blown out, as well as its immediate surroundings going artificially orange.

Sorry Evren, I don't get the whole thing including the composition logics... A bit surprizing coming from you..
