C'est une vue classique de la vieille ville de Brugge. Lorsque le temps est maussade et que la lumière n'est pas au rendez-vous, alors il reste à attendre la nuit.
La nuit la lumière redevient une splendeur et la ville prend une autre dimension.
Je vous recommande d'attendre la nuit pour réveiller vos sens.

It is a traditional sight of the old town of Brugge. When the weather is gloomy and that the light is not with go, then it remains to wait the night.
The night the light becomes again a splendour and the city takes another dimension.
I recommend to you to wait the night to awake your senses.

Superbes tons et lumière !!!
Je ne suis jamais allé à Brugge mais cela me "démange" de plus en plus en voyant toutes ces belles images publiées. Bien vu les embarcations. Le reflet est également magnifique. J'aime bien aussi le le restant de lueur bleue dans le ciel.
Du super travail Bertrand. La composition est grandiose.

IMHO, Brugge is the photographers' paradise. Photo ops in every corner. Especially like how you have captured the texture of the brick wall contrasting against the flatness of the water. Another great capture.

Hi Bertrand,
The last remains of blue in the sky, a very good pov and taken in a really excellent exposure. High on detail and brightness on the old walls. Piece of cake for the 5D, there are not much other camera's who can record this so beautiful. A great shot in light, reflection and composition.

Encore une vue nocturne tout en douceur ! Le ciel est juste bleu fouçé et apporte une belle touche à l'ensemble ! Mais ce qui est très réussi ici, je trouve, c'est la netteté qui permet de bien détailler les pierres sur ces belles maisons !
Bravo !

Je vois que tu utilises un 5D ! En es-tu satisfait ? As-tu vu une différence nette dans la résolution par rapport au capteur de ton 350D ?
As-t'il effectivement une meilleur dynamique dans le scène difficile : contre-jours et autres zones sombres ?

Very nice night photo. You have used artificial lighting very well here capturing the buildings and reflection in the dark water. The angle of the photo is great using the waterway to lead the eye through the photo.

although it is night time , well one would expect this place to be darker than what we see, despite this darkness , either the bridge of street has been illuminated well and you took advantage of that. nice POV

Une trés jolie lumière dorée qui fait presque une feuille d'or vieilli sur ces vieilles pierres. Trés bons reflets et excellente netteté. En plus, le fonds du ciel présente une excelent bleu trés foncé dans le haut de l'image qui amène un peu plus de couleurs que ce que j'avais relevé au premier regard.

Hi Bertrand, this is an almost dreamy take on photogenic Brugge - there's only the facades and the reflection,no other context.

La nuit n'est pas encore totalement noire, offrant un aura bleu au dessus des pignons et tourelles. L'eau est si calme que les batiments s'y reflètent.
Une très belle atmosphère se dégage de ton image, quiétude et silence. Chut, je m'éclipse sur la pointe des pieds ....
