Photographer’s Note

These are the waterfalls in Croatian region Plitvice. There are a lot of them in the area, as well as a lot of the lakes. Tis place is really beautiful and I'd love to visit it again!

The view is very nice, but it's a pity that the sun is almost in front. I think it would look better if the light was different.

I once saw a documentary about Plitvice on one American TV station - it really looked gorgeous.

Very atmospheric picture. I like the beams of light shining through the tree and the way the bright branch frames the scene. The out of focus plant in the bottom left a bit distracting but still a nice shot.

The lighting is interesting, and the rays through the mist create wonder! This photo captures the beauty and mystery of Plitvice Lakes National Park. I visited 28 years ago, and it remains one of my most cherished travel memories.
