Photographer’s Note

The light was not perfect that day when I went to the Atlantic coast of Portugal but the beach itself was. Definately worth a visit ! It must be lovely to see this beach in sun shine !

But this is a wonderful picture. Everything is perfect, even the weather. The foreground is excellent with all that green and the beach is simply marvellous. I love it. Do you remember where in Faro it is? Well done.

Olá Daniel, this indeed a perfect capture. The composition is excellent and the colors are so nice and attractive. Fantastic atmosphere but also wonderful beach. I can see here, why Portugal have the most beautiful beaches of the world... ;-)
May be this is near cape Sagres, on the Ocidental coast and not in the South coast ? In summer time this is packed with people, I can tell you that. This is a much more appealing scenery. Very good work!

I like the impression of the vast open space!
The beach appears as a part of the ocean, and the three tiny figures give scale...
Good composition with fine foreground interest and attractive lines!
