Photographer’s Note
It maybe a romantic, glamorous (and expensive) place, but still there is something human there which you could see even during the carnival :)
Naturally, Venice is a photogenic city, even clothes hanging is photograph-able :) there were so much photos I took, that I have not been able to look and process all my photos there, just put some in
my blog .

Nice photo !!!
Perhaps it could have done with a little bit more contrast, but that's my personal taste. A great photograper's eye you have there !!!. Always nice to see wide-angle shots .

Hello Cessy,
Une vue assez atypique de cette rue de venise ! On ne doit pas souvent photographier cette ville sous cet angle ! J'aime bien cette image un peu décalée !
Bien vu !

EXelent picture, the angle is so cleaver, give another perpective of this palce and the clothes hanging give and extra point.
Good work

Interesting angle for this one, Cessy - the combination of upward perspective, super-wide lens and tilt results in an almost dizzying impression. Good use of the clothesline to add a human aspect and to provide a linkage between the building façades. Looks good in b&w, I think it could even use a little more contrast. Have a nice weekend.

Hi Cessy.
Wonderful view with the 12-24mm lens and also well maneged.
At least I like it.
Nice urban photo.

H cessy
I like the upward pov & slight tilt. Good contrast & sharpness, in this interesting streetscape. Reminds me of Bhaktapur in Nepal. A Maltese friend said the streets of Valetta are similar too.

Very creative POV, I also like the tilt a lot. I really feel turning my head and discovering the unexpected. A very interesting one.

Hm, maybe this is the true side of this famous city? Amazing POV, no doubt.

Cessy, you're so right. Venice is extraordinarily photogenic. Similar scene with drying laundry is such a common view in enumerous movies. I like the angle, some novel approach!

Bonsoir Cessy.
Cette photo me plaît beaucoup surtout venant après la photo du Carnaval. Le B&W est bien choisi pour cette vue qui fait penser aux films italiens d'après Guerre.

Unusual, interesting vue of this Venetian street. I love the PoV which generated an interesting composition and the accent put on the clothes. Also, good choise of B&W, the image gets a "documentary" feeling.
Thanks for sharing,

Hi Cessy,
very dynamic composition created by the skyline and buildings. I love the way facades are lit, darker at the bottom and brighter at the top.
Congratulations!
