Photographer’s Note

The area around Sørøya (a tropicold paradise #1, #2 and #3) is sometimes referred to as the Lofotens of Finnmark, due to the impressing mountain faces along the fjords.

Water visibility in these parts usually ranges between 20-30 meters.

Wow! You can really feel space in this photo! I really like the way the road leads eye far into it, it adds to the three-dimensional feeling of it, and composition is perfectly closed by the mountains on the left. Very good work!

I like this photo because of its balance (rule of thirds and use of diagonals well done) and of course its beatiful subject. It seems just a teeny bit dark in colours to me (probably just my monitor...)
