Photographer’s Note
A street scene near the Haghia Sophia. The man obviously exploits a cafe, where you can not only order a cup of tea, like these two gentleman, but sells book and other touristy things, plus serves as a bank.
Taken in the morning light while on our way to the Topkapı Palace.

There s something special in that picture , a daily street scenery with an amount of little details bringing us a slice of Turkey , its mood , colours , people , shops , street pannels, lights and all what makes us see how life goes on by there . Thanks for showing

Hello Rinie,
Une belle vue sur ce kiosque turque ! Une scène de la vie quotidienne bien captée !
L'éclairage est très bon et le cadrage bien pensé.
A+

Hello Rinie, a funny pose that man strikes there by the awning, on the stool, drinking his mornign tea. A lovely street scene from Istanbul, very quaint and touching. Wonder how these men reacted when/if you wanted to have a cup yourself. Seems like drinking coffee/tea may be something only men do there ;-)
Take care,
sasa

Yo Rinie, a lovely and lively streetscene baded in nice and fresh light! I like the triad formed by the three elderly gents and the way the pic fades out to the left.
Have a fine weekend,
Bert

Hi Rinie
A superb daily life scene with nice color & vitality. Perhaps the contrast is a little high but it does capture the morning light well. I like the strong shadows. Tfs!

Hi Rinnie, interesting scene from that trip. Very few examples of it so far, I'll bet you've a lto more for us when you get the time. I know what you mean though, I'm really finding it hard to engage at the moment.
