Lying just outside the high Andean town of Uyuni is a dead end of a train track. Here are the remenants of another age, of a steam age.
Where once was a busy train line servicing the mining industry and ferrying goods and people to the coast, now is an unintentional memorial

This is just the kind of place that I like. A lovely composition very carefully done. There's enough rust here to keep Maria (sunny) happy for weeks, I should think :-)

The low sun gives a fine glow to the rust here. And the background shows a very desolate place.

What a paradise for a rust/industry/train/trainyard lover like me!!!! And you have taken very interesting and well composed shot of it. With beautiful light, too.
