This 26 December we take off of Zurich/Kloten airport for India. A trip which leads us to make a stopover to change plane at Dubai. During this first flight, about 50 minutes before landing, our A340 Airbus of the company Emirates Airlines fly over the coast of the Persian Gulf. To the coast, lights draw our attention. It is acted in fact of fire above the oil well. The gas is burning. That made kinds of islands luminous in this black landscape. We are still with more 8' 000 meters.
I grant it to you the photograph is not superb quality, but through a port-hole, of night and with 8' 000 m.
