this is a very good shot, very impressive. The fact that the man is not in the middle of the picture is very appropriate and the people in the back are enhancing his loneliness. It would have been maybe more impressive with the other persons more involved in the framing.

My first reaction was a total crop of the upper rumour, just to emphasize the contemplative state of the subject and also to create an imense emptiness around him. On my second thought I can see your vision with great impact on the contrasting movement and his almost peaceful and serene loneliness.
The perfect focus and framing make this picture technically valuable and for the first time I agree theres no need for a note.
