Photographer’s Note
Seasoned travelling foodies will probably be indifferent to this, but this was my first time in a fish restaurant where you pick a live fish from a tank, taken there by a colleague from Auston College. I thought it was pretty good fun, and a really excellent place. What surprised me though, was that the fish, rather than being local, where flown in from all over the world. We chose an Alaskan spider crab, shown inthe workshop.
Tech: slight crop, and dodge with clone tool to remove glare from flash.

Yes, but was the Alaskan spider crab better than the Australian lobster & snow crab? We need to know these things!

Interesting to watch this great fish - Special angle you chosen - works very well - and I also like the clothes of that man - very well spotted for us, Richard.
