Photographer’s Note
This is definately my last posting from a scanned print, before I buy a negative scanner, so one last apology for the blur.
I'd just come out of the Hermitage, having spent all moring there, but I was still impressed, on walking around to see the Frozen Neva for the first time, by the effect of the chunks of broken ice which even in April covered most of its width.
Tech, cropped a bit, and saturated a touch.
Help, unless anyone can think of a good reason why I shouldn't buy this one, then this is what I'll get, since it's only £100.

Ha, taken in April! Here I am in Guangzhou, and it is in the high 30s.
Ok, some blur, but I like the different plates of ice, and the very clear water between them. I'm glad you have some of the great architecture in the back. I must go here someday; judging from this shot I don't want winter.

Cute title and lovely ice view from the frozen Neva! The boat is a fine compliment to your composition. Well done!

Very nice image - I like the mix of ice and reflections - well spotted and captured Richard - thanks for sharing.

Great shot here, the snow and ice are great, and you have a ship here too, really nicely done here, Great lay out and colours too.
You have also included the line in which the ship is hooked on to.
Well done
