Photographer’s Note
We have born to be free
open spaces
are what we need
sometimes at night,
I lie down on the sand
and watch the stars
and it seems to me
to be crazy about joy.

Strange landscape to be Luca. Awesome capture. Vibrant colors and the pointed rocks (mountains) came out superb.

Che posto!! la foto è bellissima come al solito, Luca, ma .... il posto da vvero mi turba!
Ben fatto il primo piano con le pietre desolatamente nitide, ed in fondo i monti e poi... nebbia.

Hey Luca!
Great landscape shot of these "twins" of nature, rising high above the plains, their color enhanced by the setting sun. I am feeling that I miss additional subject(s) - the FG is interesting, but not enough for my taste. Even so, good try!
TFS!

Hi Luca,
I like the scenery you bring us from Algeria very much.
This one is so striking with it's contrasting mountains - so unusual with their shape.

Very strong colours and amazing juxtaposition of various details. Excellent and unusual POV. Seems like the ground is very high and that the mountains have sunk below :) Brilliant shot! TFS! Julia

Hello Luca,
Nice to see some shot of this place where I travelled in 1986. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of Assekrem. I even recognize the mountain on the right. I have some phots of it.
It's a very nice compositon with the plants in foreground.
Greetings

Luca, when I saw this photo I thought that you want to tease me again. You know for how long I want to go to Algeria and seeing such a beautiful shot with those gentle lovely color just increases my desire to finally go there. Thank you for that reminder. Lucie

Interesting piece, i like the hazy, barely visible mountains in the background providing greater context and depth. The dominant yellow foreground against the dull dominant blue background also serves to accomplish this. The minimalistic composition works well, also.
Thanks!

Luca: a fine landscape with great DOF. Subtle, earthy, pastel tones make this one very soothing for the sight. regards, c
