I have nothing to add to this photo. He really stands out of the rest with his fanatic moves and screaming. But still I only took one photo, to much distraction at Tokyo Carnival.

Hello Hans,
great dynamism in this nice image.
I find always strange a Carnival in Japan because it seems so far from their traditional culture ... but things change.
