Photographer’s Note

He likes doggies, he likes shows.
This was taken during the first edition of Rotterdam's Pet&Passion show, during which I often had to think of Simon, aka Flydragon.
On the catwalk is the Hairless Chinese dog. Think it nmust be cold, especially in winter.
IMO these are very ugly dogs, and the only funny thing about them is that they walk so elegantly.

what a dog !!
It is very very ugly! IMHO (of course) It does not smile a lot! huuummm ?
But the photo is magnificent, I also like this atmosphere of fashion show.
I would like to see the head of the owner.

The dog is ugly (by my standards) but the photo is very good! I like the way the animal seems to be tiptoeing on the catwalk (or should we say the 'dogwalk'?). Thanks for this funny post... it made me smile. :o)

be careful this is the kind of photo and comment that can get you off the site nowadays... back to the old days of Mc carthy and the witch hunt.. but once again a wrong fight against the wrong people.. i full y support you and the idea, Rinie! and yes, God, this dog is awful ;-) haha!

Looks like we are now starting to see TE inundated with dog shots in support of Simon. I've added my contribution to the "flydog fan club" as well.

Nice capture here- well placed in the frame with the pooch having room to move more into the frame. Ugly??? Ugly is in the eye of the beholder... haha

Bonjour Rinie,
Quel drôle de chien, on peut dire qu'il est à poil dans tous les sens du mot !
Je penses que s'il défile dans ce show, c'est qu'il est beau, j'aurais du mal a voté pour lui, par contre je vote pour la photo que je trouve excellente.

Nice entry in the flydog fan club theme, I only wished that you had used a more pleasent looking dog for this cause, but hey, we can't have it all ;-) - the compo and tech is quite allright.

A very serious fellow indeed!
Dogs must learn how to walk in the exibitions as well as mannequins! I am not joking, my dog is very nice and I have to take it to exibitions: but it still must learn how to stand in front of the judge, how to walk etc! This one looks as an expert, I suppose!
