A detail of the flowers of my yesterday's post.
This is a close-up of a tajibo flower from a tree of the same name. It doesn't matter if the picture seems to be up-side down (it isn't) because at my position relative to the tree branch it was correct.
I placed myself under the tree and composed the picture with a branch of bibosi (therefore the yellow background) defocused. I waited until the wind stopped blowing and some clouds passed to let the sky be blue. Then I shot right away.
All the ground around these trees is pink-coloured due to the many flowers that fall.
Tajibo trees are also present in Paraguay, but with another name: "lapacho".
