Photographer’s Note
Xel-Ha is an amazing ecotouristic park close to Cancun. It is a great place for nature and water lovers, as you can plunge into rivers, cenotes and the sea to swim and to snorkel. You can also swim with dolphins (you have to pay extra), snorkel, let the river currents take you on a swimming ring from one point to another, jump from heights into the water or just relax in hammocks. There are several places to eat or just snack. It is really worth a visit.
I went there mainly because I wanted to visit Tulum and the tour included both visits and I am glad I came here. If you want to visit it, you have to bring a biodegradable sunscreen or sun protector, but not all brands will do. I bought one labeled as biodegradable the day before the visit and it included some environment harmful ingredient, so I had to buy another one at the park. You can also exchange yours for a sachet of "ecological" cream.

Hi Yvonne
wow, youve been everywhere!!
Nice picture, I like the railing you have captured in the foreground, sharpness/colors are good and I like how you have shown people swimming. I never went to Xel-Ha.
