Photographer’s Note

Malahide Estuary is one of the best amenities (in my opinion) in North County Dublin. It's a major centre of watersports, with a sailing school and two sailing clubs situated beside it. People fish out of it, and it is home to a large number of swans at the moment.

At sunset, it can turn absolutely beautiful. The western end of it is bound by a very, very busy motorway, but you'd never know it. The eastern end of it is bound by a mainline railway. You wouldn't know too much about that either.
