Photographer’s Note
The low dark clouds were looming over the ship and covering the rays of the sun. The lighting was moody and beautiful, but no subjects to take a picture of. The people are all inside the ship as they are coming back from their land tours and will soon be readying for dinner. It is almost sunset. I decided to take the cloud's picture with this object that looks like a giant golf ball that is set on a golf tee. Anyone know the function of this golf ball look-a like? The rain finally fell while I was having dinner.
Also look at my postings in TrekLens Faces & Images of the Amazon River.

Hi Andre, this is a very different and dramatic photo. I love the perspective and the tonal range. To me, the photo looks a little over-sharpened but not enough to detract from its merits. Stephen

Chouette compo ! Chaque élément ressort bien, tout est très distinct. Bel effet !

Very interesting composition, Andre.
The ball looks "charged' (like the clouds) thanks to the light hallo at it's top. The mast with the antennas also adds to the feeling of electricity in the air. B/W works well for this compo.

Itzik.

Hi Andre,
This is almost like a piece of fine art. Very well composed in B&W.
