Photographer’s Note
Baboons in the road in Queen Elizabeth National Park, heading south toward Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.
By the way, this road is the main north-south route leading from the DR Congo and Rwanda into Uganda and is used routinely by transport trucks. Apparently, during the rainy season, trucks can get stuck for days at a time, with nothing to do but wait for better weather. We were there right at the end of the rainy season and still saw a few trucks stuck in the mud.

A funny scene of life in africa, they just go and sit where they like. I think a panoramic format would suit this better to focus on the baboons. Good shot.

I prefer that type of traffic jam compare to the one I have every day. But I suppose that's the one passing by may not like it.
Good composition but I think luminosity can be increased slightly.

HI Mimi. This is one incredible shot. I trust the man in the picture was in no danger. To see a large troup of baboons like this must be an awesome thing. I think you could have cut out some of the top of the picture and improved the overall feel. Regardless, I love it! Thanks for sharing.

What a cool picture, I love these subjects, they are just so waiting to cause trouble.
Maybe if you cropped the top part, it would be make the monkeys stand out more with the road.
But well captured.

Hi Mimi,
This is a very funny picture, I cant stop laughing! Its a pretty bad traffic, I think they need serious police control in this area. lol
Very well done! Regards, Ramy.
