Photographer’s Note
Masks play a major role in the traditional rituals of most of the Asian, African and Latin American people. They use different masks in their festivals and other religious and traditional gatherings to express their feelings, their beliefs and their tendencies. Even in Europe the balls can not be held without wearing masks. therefore masks are universally important for most of the people. The interest in change is also identified with masks. Today people use plastic surgery to change their face and I think that is a legacy of using masks. This photo was taken in Nepal in 2005. I bought a few of these masks and I look at then every day.

I like very much the masks, I have one of every country to which I travel (also of Nepal). You show here an excellent collection Ali, it is a nice image, a mosaic of color. Thanks for sharing.

Hello Ali,
Nice composition with different masks hanging from the wall. I like them all, but may be more sharpness is required in this pic.
Regards,
Sayan
