Photographer’s Note
Today Rinie and I went for a shoot session with TE member Kev Ryan. We had a great time together, really inspiring.
As soon as I gather info about the bus service in Nottingham, I'll tell you ;)
Enjoy your time here.
Thanks for stopping by.

Great compo, great pov, I love how you framed the letters BUS STOP, the curve of the pavement and included the bus stop inside ...
You're an artist, Dona Isabel !

How could you have the courage to be away from to TE for so long? YOur postings are so precious for this whole community. You bring a very unique photographic point of view which enlightens us all. This is great Isabel, just like a small pigeon seen from behind an umbrella. Et M*rde! The poor fellow doesn't have a Maseratti?

Very interesting shot Isabel, but although this looks really ground breaking , there's something about the geometrical arrangement that almost conventional, the whole TL corner of interest prety much obeys all the rules. With the 'Bus Stop' writing you've also got an opposing corner compo. Great stuff.

You have the geometry of the moment perfectly framed here Isabel - it was such a nice day with you and Rinie and I knew something good would come out of this spot - I've 'haunted' the levels of this car park myself once or twice.....great composition - really nice relationship between the words and the rest of the subject top left - black and white perfect!! This was outside the Broadmarsh Shopping Centre at the bottom of Maid Marian Way.
best wishes Kev!

Olá Isabel :) Nice to see you and Rinie seeming to enjoy the UK stage of your trip. This is one of your clever observations with a good graphical impact and a well-included human presence provided by the lonely person waiting at the bus stop. Take care.

Nice perspective, detail an composition here.
I would have liked to have seen more road though as the STOP is a little too close to the edge of the frame.

Hi Isabel
... and the bus never stopped :)
What a great pov and compo !
I like very much how the curved line leads our glance on the man who waits.
Congrats

You've got the "eye", Isabel - elegant, different, no two pictures alike...it's an enormous burden when you think about it, yet you do it.
Nice work as always,
Francis

Most are looking up to buildings in a town, you simply look down to discover a graphic of 3 elements indicating a busstand scaled with human presence.
While many bend themself in to most innatural forced imposant searched compos, your compo is still the natural evidence itself posing us the question: "damm, why we know but became insensitive to these simple logical scenes ?" The key is your observant openness with wondering eyes of an innocent child, not spoiled with visual polution or technical search for sensation, a strong message of clearing your mind and let things happen to you in a most unprejudiced way where sensitive astonishing is your lead.(I can't say that twice :)))
We can learn a lot from you that a small camera don't has the handicap of being besmirch by all those heavy technical wonders with too many registers to play on, loosing that spontaneous logic.
Do I make sense, Isabelle ? No I am not peeing to holy houses cause enjoying your creative sensitivity is much more revealing to me.
Warm greetings
Henk

Hello Isabelle! You captured very well this busstop without queue... The B/W conversion is a goo idea too.
In WS, just a picture of you taken during last week end...

Hi Isabel,
I was sure I had written a comment on this one, but as you know, I have been busy with other things ;-)
I like this one a lot, the lines in the picture, the direction the pavement takes, and the vaguer getting words of 'bus stop' on the road. Great PoV.
And what a lovely day that was!
