Photographer’s Note
In Bolivia, like many Latin countries, affection and relationships outside of wedlock are ofton constrained by both tradition and the fact that many people live with their parents past western norms. I found this young couple getting some private time about 1 kilometer out of town amoung the train wrecks. A contrast if ever there was one between between was and what is.
