Photographer’s Note
Sidi Ifni is a city, located in southwest Morocco next to the Atlantic Ocean. It has a population of 20,000 people. The economic base of the city is fishing.
In 1476, Sidi Ifni was occupied by Spain. It remained in Spanish hand until 1524 when it was recaptured by Saadian rulers.
In 1860, Morocco reconoced Sidi Ifni to Spain as a part of the Treaty of Tangiers. During the scramble of Africa in 1884, Spain was ceded what is now Western Sahara; Spain administered Sidi Ifni and Western Sahara jointly.
In 1969, due to Moroccan pressure, Spain finally ceded Sidi Ifni to Morocco.

Hi Luca,
Very interesting and unique shot. I really like it! You build a great composition here. It seems DOF could be a little better though. Thanks for sharing.

Nice city Life Style view.
Sharpness is needed.
Poor architecture but interesting.

Hi Luca,
nice use of lines and colors to create a sort of abstract composition here. This is a unique way of seeing a city..theres no room for people!

Hello Luca,
the picture miss a bit of sharpness but I like the way it has been filled with all those houses. An excellent set of light and shadows. Well seen, it is nicely graphic.

Luca
Your tight cropping of this image together with the use of a telephoto lens gives a good compression and adds impact to this image.

I think is a very hermetic shoot that reflects the actual trendy: the tendence is to convert all the green spaces in cement & stone!
