Photographer’s Note
This small falls below Punchbowl Falls on Eagle Creek Oregon, was rushing with Spring runoff. The water creek is fed by glacier runoff so it is incredibly cold year round. The only time you can stand to be in it for more than a minute is late August if the temperatures are above 100F outside.

Hello Julie,
I have worked up a workshop for this photo, I hope you like the outcome, it was all I could do with it...
You have good balance in the scene, and the lighting was maybe a little dark, maybe a longer shutter speed would have given you a better saturation and the hues may have popped out then.
An exposure of F/16 and 1/8--to--1/4 second.

I think this turned out beautifully! You got the flowing water thing done really well. I love the one ray of sun shining on the lower falls. Very beautiful!
