Photographer’s Note

When I was on my way to Sindou it was harvest time for rice.

People are so friendly in Burkina and it was a pleasure to meet them along the roads.

It's absolutely amazing how the babies feel comfortable and at full ease wrapped around the busts of their mothers. They carry them on the fields and I have never heard them crying.

Hi Luca,
Great light on the first woman, including her basket. Although it's bit on the dark side, it gives a great mood and atmosphere.

I find this one ( And many others too )
in ytour site, and I must tell you that this one is no ordinary picture. It has many assets starting by the use of the light , you shot it with courage againts it and the result is like taken from a great movie. Perhaps a little space around would let us see more. Many thanks - Izzet

OK...one more critique for today, and it's this great, great shot. But what I really want to say is that I think the overall quality of your gallery is wonderful, and it includes many fascinating places that I have visited too OR - even more important - that I still want to visit. A gallery to return to, I guess that's why they have the favourite button here.
