Photographer’s Note

When I was on my way to Sindou it was harvest time for rice.

People are so friendly in Burkina and it was a pleasure to meet them along the roads.

It's absolutely amazing how the babies feel comfortable and at full ease wrapped around the busts of their mothers. They carry them on the fields and I have never heard them crying.
