1 Chinese fishing Photo

Photographer’s Note

Same POV as the previous posts,

this was taken from one of the bridges over the river, one of the entrances to the village of Yangshuo.

A more closer approach of one of many fishermen on the river. This one was alone so he could be more in touch with his inner soul. That's what I like to think they are doing - it's not so important if they will cacth anything, because they are in some kind of meditation. At least for the Portuguese ones...
As for the chinese...it can be a diferent matter.

In ws you can see 2 more shots of other lonely fishermen.

Yangshuo is a gorgeous region of growing fields sorrounded by amazing karst rock formations covered with green vegetation.

I spent one week cycling around Yangshou and everyday I thought I was in an irreal place!

There was a cheap tour bus that did a circuit of all the main tourist attractions of Shanghai, & you can hop on & off all day. Details in the Lonely Planet China Guide. The Oriental Pearl Tower is a must. Yuyuan Gardens Bazaar, Nanjing Road at night, (for the neon lights) & the Bund, are other attractions. The graphism of the solitary boat is excellent here. Parabens!

Gostei do conjunto, e não podia ser de outro maneira da unidade. Hehehe. Que bons detalhes. Quando achava que não podia ficar melhor, surpreendes-me com esta toma. Excelente grafismo da embarcação na diagonal com essa forte sombra na água. Cá da para apreciar melhor onde vão os peixes pescados. Na anterior foto fiquei na duvida. Nice tranquility in this. The structure of the raft is interesting as such and it makes a fine diagonal across your frame.

Esta foto se me habia pasado. El motivo es grande y aporta mucho, tranquilidad, serenidad y un excelente pov elevado, lastima que el scaned no funcione bien pero esto usted ya lo sabe. De todos modos creo que has hecho bien en mostrarla.

the minimalism of this composition is neither dull nor boring. In fact, the diagonal lines formed by the boat and the perpendicular one formed by the man give a strong impact to this image.
